Le Mans 24 Hours 2008

The Le Mans 24 Hours is the endurance-racing classic. The most famous and exciting race in the world of motor sport, it has been the highlight of GT racing since its introduction in 1923. All of the teams entering the Le Mans 24 Hours must take part in a special pre-qualifying session, which is held on the same challenging circuit just weeks before the race itself.

Le Mans has a rich heritage and engages fans of all generations. Hospitality stands showcase classic cars alongside the latest prototypes, engaging fans both young and old, while spectators often stay all weekend to soak up the unique atmosphere.

Following an historic GT1 victory in 2007, Aston Martin Racing is back with a brace of DBR9s, now in the iconic blue and orange of Gulf Oil International.

Two further DBR9s and an LMP1 prototype, powered by Aston Martin, complete the marque's entry in this year's 24 hour endurance classic.
